The scheme is similar to our general insurance scheme in that CCIA acts as administrator of the scheme, in partnership with the Catholic National Mutual Ltd. and selected commercial insurance companies.
When designing the scheme, foremost in our minds was the concept of mutuality. Under the scheme no school will be refused cover on the basis of claims history or postcode, and no-one will have terms applied that are overly penal.
