Our scheme offers an All Risks property policy with few policy conditions. This policy is provided by the Catholic National Mutual Ltd.
In addition to Building and Contents cover, the policy provides Business Interruption, Contract Works and the additional benefit of Personal Accident insurance for officials, employees and voluntary helpers working in a church context.
Property claims are dealt with in the first instance by our Property Claims Manager, Steve Aldersley. Steve, a chartered loss adjuster and surveyor, has been dealing with Catholic Church Property claims for over 20 years.
Depending upon the location of a claim, loss adjusting services may be outsourced to a panel of experienced loss adjustors, all of whom are committed to dealing with claims as professionally, swiftly and considerately as possible. All outsourced claims are overseen by Steve to ensure quality and consistency of service.
